Upon completing her clinical training at Oxford University, Dr Innes undertook post-graduate studies at Liverpool University.

She specialises in breast cancer and urological cancers (bladder, prostate and penile), is the co-investigator on a national oral antibiotics trial and the principal investigator on a number of breast and urological trials locally.

Dr Innes holds clinics for breast patients at Whiston Hospital (St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust) and for urology treatments here at the Centre, taking patients from the South Mersey Urology Specialist multi-disciplinary team.
